Buying Euro commemorative coins in Brussels

Hi

Is it possible to get the 2024 EU Presidency 2 Euro coin from Central Bank or any other place in Brussels? I understand its a circulation issue.

Also is it possible to get the coin cards of both  the 2023  2 Euro commemoratives of Belgium from the Central bank or any other place in Brussels including reasonably priced coin dealers  ?

I think these were not available loose. The Royal Dutch Mint ,Utrecht does only mail sales and international postage is not viable.

Most coin sales in Belgium is done on-line. Post offices nor banks carry numismatic items. In Brussels the only decent shop i know that also does euro coins is https://www.dezittere-philac.be/nl/

Online is an issue for  people like me as many central banks are going online too. eg. IN Kazakhstan - the  new coins are freely available online but now visitors from outside are forced to buy a many times the  cost ( min 7.5 X ) from local dealers who are even more expensive than ebay.
