Have I correctly identified this Indian Mughal coin?

Numista #92010 is the closest that appears to be similar but I know it is not the same coin

I wish I could read the Islamic script.  So 2 questions…..

1. How do I read the date from this coin?… I have looked on the net without sucess

2. Does anyone know its real identity or is it new to Numista?

Just spotted this one is unanswered, it is a rupee of Aurangzeb, mint is not Haiderabd but is Mustagir al-khilafa Akbarabad

Can't make out the full date but it appears to end in a 9 so 1099 AH can't see regnal year though as photo not too clear
