2002 German error coin? Or not? All the o in euro is on silver band [gelöst]

Never seen this before looking online some were made with a 5mm band instead of a 3mm. Always taught the 0 in euro just barely touches onto the gold inner part. Does on any other one I can find anyway 

I think that's within the normal variation of a mass produced coin.   It's certainly not worth anywhere near the €250 you're trying to sell another one for.
