Possible addition to the catalogue from Katz

I was just checking my own pitiful collection of USA 1 cent coins and saw this advertised at the bottom of our own website here in the UK…

Not sure where this would go, but we don't appear to have it listed at the moment, at least not under ‘USA / 1964’.    A possible addition?
