Indian Princely States coins with British rulers on them

What am I missing from the following states here ?

Alwar
Bikanir
Dewas J.B & S.B
Dhar
Sailana

I know there are more because I've seen oblong coins with Edward and Victoria on them, and is the kutch coinage in the name of the king and queen as I cannot read it

I've just cleared out my bookmarks and lost the link to a website which listed all known IPS issues. I try to find it in my browser history once my wife gets off my laptop.
