Where can I buy this japanese commemorative coins binder ?

Hi guys, 

I've found a couple of those prefectures commemorative coin sets on ebay and I was wondering if anyone knows where I could buy one of the empty binders online ? On some website that would ship to the EU. I can't find anything by myself so I thought asking here would be a good idea.

If you mean something like this I would advise against it, because the one coin side is completely exposed to the elements, touching and spit particles etc.

There are some Dansco style ones which look quite good but with importing them they get quite expensive. And many Japanese sites don't ship international so you might need a middle man site like Buyee or similar so it can be send to you.

At the moment I have mine in simple Numis sheets but probably I will put them in normal 50x50 cardboard flips and 4x5 sheets.

Edit: Looking at the details of the Dansco style album it states material PVC, I don't know how much and where they use it and if it's hard PVC which is not as problematic. It seems that many Japanese collectors use it and have given it favourable ratings but it's a bit concerning never the less.
