It is a 1848 American Dollar, “Seated Liberty”, from the New Orleans mint

Any idea on its value and its authenticity?

Planning to buy it, but havent got its diameter and weight yet. Please help me judge according to the images, greatly appreciated!

Not real. The U.S. mint in New Orleans (O) did not produce a Dollar coin in 1848. 

I also suggest you do not buy coins you are unfamiliar with. Especially from Chinese websites.

Thanks for the reply, I did check with the seller, he did say that the coin was a fake. I was just confirming.

..the word copy is only on the website images, not on the coins when they arrive.
