1983 - verification request

For the 1983, can anyone provide a specimen for verification if this 20 sen coin was released for circulation, or only special mint sets? Or if it was even issued at all? Seems to be a lack of reporting on this coin with the date 1983. Seems to be heavily under reported by numista members as well.
