Why are there two 2021 years listed in the Numista entry?

P-31 and P-31c variants. I think color difference. Search for note on ebay and you will find both of them next to each other.

I just went thruge Bhutan banknotes in order to add signatures.

Any elboration of colours/difference in the two 2021? I can add it if wanted :D Will like a difference at least
