Why Wont this item be accepted into the catalogue [gelöst]

I tried to add this item to the numista exonumia catalogue almost a month ago and it still hasn't been expected and I haven't heard anything.

the other items I added where expected in only a few days. why won't this one?

Nous sommes dans une période de vacances, où les délais de traitements s’allongent (plus de demandes d’ajouts, et plus de référents en vacances) le référent local (USA) traite en ce moment des demandes plus anciennes puis s’occupera de votre demande ne vous inquiétez pas. 

I have been on vacation and unfortunately coming home and back to work from a vacation means that I have 2 times as much work there to catch up on. I plan on reviewing all pending requests starting tomorrow. It still may take me a little time to get through all that is pending.
