Is this Monaco 2012 commemorative coin marked correctly as a Circulating commemorative coin (CCC)? There is no note in mint amounts that the coins are out of special packages.
There are some other coins like this making me wonder what is the rule for marking coin to some group (e.g. 2 Euros - Philippe Belgian Red Cross is also marked as CCC N#64978 but is only in some type of BU coincards produced)
After deeper investigation - I was wrong.
