The Complete First Year U.S. Morgan Silver Dollar

Morgan Silver Dollar's first year was 1878, and the “first year” set that I just received, has the 1921D and 1879O along with the 1878 CC/P/S. I wouldn't call that “complete first year” set.

So I looked around for any others like it and I see another one on eBay and it has the same 1878 D & O missing, and instead have the 1921D and 1879O. I did not pay anywhere close to this price but here is one:

Any information on why the 1878 D & O are missing, whether people sold those 2 for it's rarity maybe, or maybe it never had those two from 1878??

The Denver mint didn't exist in 1878.  The first year the Denver mint made a Morgan Dollar was 1921.  The first year the New Orleans mint made a Morgan Dollar was 1879.  You got Morgan Dollars from five mints the first year thos mints made them.
