i have coin in my collection that is struck only only on one side. reverse only

 

no struck on observe side i.e. Crowned head of George VI facing left

 

also on observe side there is struck mark of reverse side 

 

it is unique, error coin or others are present

Somebody sanded the obverse smooth then pressed another 2 annas coin into it. Not a mint error.

you just described a brockage mint error where a coin is struck by another coin stuck to the die in the minting machine, this looks like one to me, trying to fake one without a collar would not align with the edge as perfectly as the ops coin
