Looking For Some Veteran Insight

Good evening. 
 

This one has had me all over the map with what and why 30 year-old coin appears in the condition that it does.  Nunmista.com was not able to identifier on other sites identified as P 94 – D Washington quarter. If anybody has a professional opinion please, would you consider this thing talk out of the gutter or is this just a truly a bad minted circulation coin? 
 

 Last, please understand that the clarity of the images are precisely the clearly that I am looking at. This is not out of focus nor are they bad pictures. What you see in the attached images, is what I am physically looking at in my hand.

Thank you to all for your feedback. Yes I accidentally posted it twice, I obviously I missed a class somewhere along the line, and apparently, “nothing to see here”. Thank to all that responded, excuse my ignorance as I am still learning. That said, for the three of you that did respond, although appreciated, your ego and arrogance is a reflection of your lack of character and ethics. I am learning and thought I had a venue that might support my efforts to learn. 
 

Apparently that’s not the case. Even on such a platform, you still have your keyboard cowboys that would prefer, rather pretend, to be an expert and use it to shame you instead of  taking their knowledge and helping to educate. You, are what is wrong with this world. Make a choice, be better, be kind, forever be a student, and forever be a teacher. You'll find yourself living in a much more caring World.
