Technically it should be under China - Empire, since it was issued during the restoration of the monarchy, but it's in China - Republic to keep consistency with the World Coins catalogue.
What I'm thinking is, maybe I should separate China - Empire by dynasties, but I'd have to do it with all the other countries of the world. It would make better sense if I named them China - Empire of the Qing / Ming / Song and so on.
