Mylar flips, cardboard flips and pages

Hi. I currently have my 2 euro coins in 2x2 cardboard holders and those are in the pocket pages. No idea what material the pages are made of. I would Like to store the coins without being in the cardboard in pages that have the little flap on top of each coin slot. Are there any pages like that made of Mylar? It seems pointless to use Mylar cardboard holders and then put them in pages that might be PVC.

I know I'm not exactly answering your question. I also use cardboard flips and pages with pockets. I'm pretty careful with my flips, but I don't worry about PVC in the pocket pages, because the coins are protected by the flips. Is that wrong?  

I have read the PVC gases can still “leak“ and damage the coins. I definitely want to store them in a binder, but wanted to use pocket pages that are safe for the coins.
