Romanian 10 lei 1992, error

Hello. I would like to ask more details, if someone knows about this 10 lei ,romanian coin, error. I found very few info on internet. Thanks. Found only this info.

It's a clipped planchet error. The round metal disc (planchet) was punched from (and over) the edge of the metal plate: the edge on one side is straight. Also the Blakesley effect can be observed.
