Your coin is worth 2 euros. Post mint damage, perceived differences and wear does not add value to coins minted in millions.

The cud in your circle is a die error, the scratches and so on are PMD. This die error doesn't bring you an extra value, though.

Yes, definitely a “mint error” caused by a worn, damaged die.
