minted from 1898 till 1908 no minting from, 1899 to 1900

so, minting dates are as follow:

1898, 1901-1908

I am more experienced in the field of ancient and chinese coins, south-east asian coins included too!

Coincrze, I looked it up. Probably another dumb question… what does it mean when only percentage of members owning is given, no values?

It means that not enough members entered values to generate a number. The NRI is 88 meaning only 10 members have entered this coin in their collection.  So 6 on the first line, 2 on the second, zero on the third and 2 on the fourth.  Only the first has enough members to generate a value (I believe it's a minimum of 5, maybe 4) but at least 5 would have to enter a value for the same grade which didn't happen.

Is there a way to take it out of the sleeve? Many fakes exist for this series
