Hello, can anyone help me to identify this old cash coin?

I think that it might be thi one:N#64648

But I am not sure. Thank in advance

It seems like a match to me. The word at the top is definitely Nguyen and the one at the bottom bears some resemblance to Phong but I cannot be 100% sure.
