There is OPTIMO PRINCIPI on the reverse,
with maybe S P Q R before it, above a figure with a raised right hand.

To me the bust looks like that of Claudius Gothicus, certainly not Trajan. The low detail and porousnes also makes me think it might be a cast fake. Hard to say without size & weight.

What's up with those scratches next to the bust? The reverse does indeed look like the one identified by ZacUK. Perhaps a barbarous imitation? Or indeed a cast.

I think it is a modern tourist fake. It looks to have been cast, not struck.
Obverse is Hadrian, but he did not mint any SPQR OPTIMP PRINCIP coins; Traianus did. So obverse Hadrian, reverse Traian, cast: perfect recipe for a fake touristic coin not to mess with real stuff in the museums. Somebody obviously vandalized the coin so that it would look more ancient:):):)

Unfortunately, I caused them 5 years ago. I found it then, and now I looked up what this coin actually is! its weight is 14.61g I will write down its diameter tomorrow!
I'm talking to a translator, sorry if I don't describe something the way I want it to

This would have been the original Traianus. Your coin's reverse is taken from this design.

Yours look bronze too (copper material, brown/orange from your photos) but I am definitely sure it is not a real coin but a modern fake. No such coin exists in antiquity. But maybe I am wrong. Take it to a museum.

Sorry, but yours does not look like gold. It is obviously “orichalcum” or simply “brass”.
And anyway, I still believe your coin is a fake, worthless, modern junk. I suggest you take it to a museum to learn more about it.
