This is a 12 denier from France 1792

 

Around 11 grams, and 29mm

 

What's the mint mark here beside A? (It's circled in red)

That's not a mint mark, probably a privy of the mint master or die cutter … maybe something similar to this

In 1792 there should be a lyre after the A. It doesn't look like a lyre to me. Is it because of the wear or is there a second A (under the green arrow between the green lines)?

Because then it's not Paris mint but Metz mint and then the privy mark for 1792 is a hermine, and on your coin it looks more like that than a lyre.
