Hello everyone, today I was offered one coin in PCGS label
I was surprised by its grade because I have never seen these coins in MS, only in proof.
Anyone have any ideas?

Looks rather proof to me (at least the strike is way nicer then on most other non proof example coins). Also what is a ‘U.P. Proof’ supposed to be?

Yeah, it seems to me too from PCGS photo that it is a proof, but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to hold the coin in my hands
I always trust more whoever held the coin than what I can see by photo (if we are talking about the correctness of grade)
And i also have one in PF 66 by NGC
So I would like to know more about this point, especially why there are two types of proofs in the catalog
If PL was meant here, that's also quite strange, because the grade should look like MS 66 PL
Is UP supposed to stand for UnPolished? Then it would be awkward on the German UI were proof literally means polished plate 😅.

UP is for coins that have UP on the obverse. I don't know what it stands for.
I don't see UP here, although the label says UP.
I saw that too and made a mental note to investigate further but hadn't gotten around to it yet. I just looked on PCGS for their coin type 539291 . They show 3 examples:

Needless to say, I'm confused.
