1941 to 2000 Lincoln cents, 1999 to 2009 state quarters & foreign coin values?

I have 4 partially filled books of 1941 to 2000 Lincoln cents, one 50 state quarters folder/book, and various foreign coins that aren't minted any more (centimes, pence coins, etc.) and just wondering if any of these things have any value? Or are there certain years of Lincoln cents I should look for in the books? Here are pictures of the foreign coins and the books:

The books are mostly filled. If the pennies and state quarters aren't worth anything above face value, I'll just spend them and would be willing to give the books to someone else on this forum.

Thanks for any help you all can give and I'm looking forward to exploring the forums!

Hello and welcome.

Unfortunately there are no valuable dates of Wheat back Lincoln cents after 1940.

However, Wheat backs are are always worth at least 4 cents, that is $2 for a roll of 50, unless they are in really poor condition.

if you go through the list on here N#908

you can get a feel for the purchase value of your cent collection.

You might find a dealer would take the whole collection off your hands for $10, which would be much better than spending them.

Unless the quarters are unblemished uncirculated examples, I think those are all worth face value.

All the British and french coins are in the 5 for a dollar class.
