Seams strange because San Marino 1,2,5 cent do exist in 2006, not 2004. This is not what it is said on that web site :

There you can find the meaning of the following signs:
 --- : The coin has only been minted for collector folders and does not exist in circulation.
 /// : The coin has not been minted at all. That means, it is neither in circulation nor in any collector folder.
 ??? : The coin is in circulation, or will be minted for circulation, but the mintage quantity is unknown.
 [Empty field]: It is not yet know, whether the coin will be minted for circulation or whether the folder will be issued.
 Grey numbers : Planned quantities or current production quantities that can change.
 description Info symbol : Hold the mouse pointer over that symbol and a longer description of the folder will appear.
