Colour Error?

Why the colour on the notes is different, is it normal?

In the catalog it says that there were blue and grey “tenners.”

What are the signatures on the front, are they the same or different. 

Because I am a UV junkie, can you confirm if your notes fluoresce at all and if so, do they fluoresce the same?
