Lux 2006 2e Guillaume w wrong wrappings?

I wonder how many of you have seen the Luxemburg 2006 Guillaume 2e rolls in the wrapping of the year 2005? Most of the rolls have been broken anyway, but I have original packages of 10 rolls each. I wonder how rare this is?
