I know what a tetradrachm is and I know what a denarius is, I never heard of a tetradrachm denarius before. Anyway, I can tell you the coin isn't Roman nor is it a brothel coin. It might be ancient, maybe Graeco-Indian. But in my opinion, judging from details, size and weight I'd say it's a modern tourist souvenir. In fact I think you measured the size and weight wrong since a 24.6mm coin shouldn't weigh 44g no matter what material it's made of.
