Someone is selling this coin on e-commerce website but I couldn't find any record of this coin on any genuine websites.

Can someone enlighten me about this? I'm new to coin collection.

It is not a coin. It's a medal made to look like the 500 Rupee coin. At best it's silver plated. Here's another similar one:

yes, there are a few more like this like 400, 100 but none of them is listed here so I got confused.
