How is this possible? UNDETERMINED? The referee must have been, I don't want to say it, that day? I'll make a CR to get the year etc correct again.

I'm afraid you can't blame the referee for that. It only happens when a member enters a coin on no specific year line. The Undetermined year line only shows up on that member.
