May I please ask your help identifying the following coin? It appears to be a Byzantine follis with a figure holding a long cross and an orb on the obverse and a large M (with rounded top) on the reverse. It looks most similar to the coins of Constans II, but the text on the reverse is odd, especially to the right of the M, with what looks a bit like a zeta (7?). Could it be an arab imitation of a Byzantine coin? (The piece measures 24mm across at its widest part and weighs 3.66g.) Thank you, as always!
