What type of coin this is ? What the text says?

Some kind of token from the Mysore area,  it reads as dar al-sultanate mahandar patan,  not at all sure of my reading of the mahandar part but Patan is a mint common seen on Mysore coins,  By the flag is the letter H, presumably for Haidar Ali although the king wrestling with a Tiger is Tipoo, known as the Tiger of Mysore
