Medal of Belgium 1832 [gelöst]

Good afternoon. Recently came across this medal. From what I understand by translating the inscription, it has something to do with the arrival of the King and Queen of Belgium in August 1832. I checked, there was a wedding that year on August 9 - Leopold I of Belgium married Louise of Orleans.
Perhaps it has something to do with that event?
It also has the inscription “Hart.F.” on the reverse side.

I couldn't find a similar piece in the catalog.

Looks interesting.  Please, please, please add it to the catalogue, even if it is just a description of what's on the item and some photos.  Someone out there may be able to add more information at a later date.
