Please provide as much information as you can such as weight in grams, diameter in MM, and best guess at composition such as bronze, copper, silver, etc. Having said that I agree with the observation on the other forum (Link below). I see it as a replica of an ancient Greek coin. It resembles quite a few of the period but is not quite a match to any one specifically. Although authenic ancient Greek coins were not perfectly round, I think your example was deformed intentionally and exaggerated for effect.
