Is there a registry or list of the 2019S Enhanced Reverse Proof Silver Eagle coins? I'd like to know if the #1 Signed COA has been discovered? Also, what other numbers of the 100 signed COA's might be out there? Lastly, were the signed coins in a different box other than the flat common boxes?
