I have bought a couple 2021 Canada silver lucky dragon high relief coins. I can’t find any information on them. Everything I have found said they were made 2017 thru 2020. I can only find 2021 on eBay. I can also see 2022 and 2023 coins. I have not received the coins yet

Welcome to numista.

You'll have learned to do your research BEFORE buying, by now. That's how it is, you learn through your own mistakes.

Wow thanks Captain Obvious I didn’t know you were a member

Hi@Derby40 :  are you referring to this listing on eBay?

 https://www.ebay.com/itm/196753393154

I had problems finding information on that one too.  I reached out to the RCM (Royal Canadian Mint) about that coin and this is what they told me:

“We can confirm that the Royal Canadian Mint produced a 2021 - $5 1oz. 99.99% Pure Silver Coin Dragon (High Relief) and Dragon II (High Relief on a lined textured background).  However, please take note that Ebay is not an approved Bullion Dealer of the Royal Canadian Mint, so we cannot confirm that the product that you are referring to has been produced by the Royal Canadian Mint.”

So it looks like they did make that one.  They sent me some pictures.  But I don't know if I'm allowed to post the pictures they sent to me.  (The RCM is picky about their pictures.)  The pictures they sent to me do look like the coin in the eBay listing above (if that's the coin you are referring to).

I hope this helps.

Thank you so much. I have been on their site multiple times and I can find 2 coins for 22 and 1for 23. I also have reached out to them but have not heard back as of yet. Did they happen to give you the product number? That is the easiest way to get to it. Thank you for solving it.

I don’t have a product number.  They gave me a list of authorized Bullion Dealers (authorized by the RCM) to sell their Bullion coins in Canada and the U.S.  It seems that the RCM is treating this coin as a typical bullion coin which is sold to the public only through an authorized reseller (and not through the RCM’s website).

Ok. Thanks again

You’re welcome.  I forgot to post the link to the RCM’s authorized Bullion dealers:

If you want to know more about this coin (and the RCM doesn’t get back to you), you may want to find one of the authorized Bullion dealers on this list that’s closest to where you live so that you can ask them for more information.

I have 645 of the 2020.
