Hello! 

Could you tell me why my request about golden finnish markka wasn't approved? Unfortunately I'm not an expert eather with this website or coins in general. Was there some important informaation missing?

If you made a change request and it was rejected the referee that rejected it will have to comment on why. What was the comment?

 That page will have all recent requests - 

pending / validated / rejected, and so on. 

There was a comment “See here:” and a link to finnish copper markka. I noticed that I had informed the year incorrect. I'll check other details too… My coin is with a golden ring,  but otherwise the same original coin. 

Try sending a message to the referee and ask for a more detailed explanation.

Did it look like the copper coin on that page? Then probably a coin that spent too much time in a Finnish  coin album with typical round hole. The part of the coin at the hole gets toned and the part inside the album leaves the coin with mint luster. Seen it many times on Finnish coins, but have no example at hand.

Maybe you can share a picture, but it was probably  rejected as it was no new coin for our catalogue (and for sure not a golden coin).

Though still thanks for trying to improve the catalogue 😀

What was your source proving that such coin exists?

Fins had copper markkas only between 1940 and 1951. So far your post is not giving any details about year or other information about coin. You are telling only its nomination and that can be anything between 1864 and 2001.
