same as for 1.13 Б question.
Fedorin has four variants for 1.21 with estimate values at less than 4, 10, 100 and 150 USD. Add 1.22 and 1.23, which also have six barbs. Some 1.21 variants are restrikes from 195x.
If you think that you got obverse of 1.21 variant, you would still need to figure out that your reverse is on Fedorin's expensive side.
It is highly unlikely that you will be able to find buyer, who will be valuing your coin down to Fedorin detail level. If you can't find buyer willing to pay 150 USD for perceived microscopic difference, your coin is not worth 150 USD.
You have fine coin from country that no longer exists and from period of significant emotional event. It is valued around 5 USD based on completed ebay sales. Some were able to increase price by referencing world war 2 or they got lucky with buyer, who did not see difference between 5 and 20 and just wanted to get that coin. Only some 1965-1970 coins and interwar 5 kopeck variants can fetch higher prices.
If you are collecting those coins down to Fedorin detail level, you don't need international community to confirm that you got rare variant. Most of them will not understand what you are talking about or what you are looking for in that coin. You just need microscope and to convince yourself.
