He got twelve variants for 20 kopek of 1943 with estimate values having over 100 times difference between variants.

Value of that coin does not depend on prices listed in that book. It depends if you can find person willing to pay 80-450 USD for perceived minor difference in coin.

That book would make all those 2 euro error collectors salivate.

I assume OP got the book or PDF to be able quote it. Since differences are “slighty bigger number” or “wheat is slightly off”, I don't classify coins to that level of details myself. OP also gave only partial reference to 1.13 Б.

I stick to classifications that do not require PhD and microscope/micrometer to classify.

I agree. In the U.S. we have Variety Vista and such entities which lists endless varieties of the microscopic type details of US coins as well. In the end it is what I like to call “Too much needless information”.

It's for people that only collect one specific thing and you will very fast have everything related to it so you will search for any little reason to expand.
 

Here you can see on this specimen that Garry woke up to late and didn't have his morning coffee so the die adjustment is of by 0.22546° clockwise and 29 µm to the left, and here to the right because he had hammered the thumb on his dominant hand. Here it has a little bump because Garry sneezed while prepping the die. I think at this point the person only collects Garry things.
