Adding subtype numbers?

Hello, as new variants of a coin are encountered for which there is no catalog subtype number, what is the process for adding subtype numbers?

Specifically I'm looking at bull and horseman jital Tye #185 for which Tye's catalog includes 185.1 and 185.2 subtypes. I've got coins that don't exactly match either subtype of this type of three different metallic appearances (white billon, copper, and leaded copper) and with variant markings such as bulls with two instead of one eye, different types of trishul on the rump, different borders on the bull's saddle cloth, etc.  

I've reached out to Dr. Tye but would value any thoughts from those with experience in these matters.

Which catalog do you refer to? KM catalogs are fixed, nothing can be changed.

This one. https://en.numista.com/literature/volume.php?id=54 But as Sjoelund says, you can't add it here until it's in the catalog. You can add your coin variant to the Numista catalog without a specific reference number.
