Spink 2482.

Silver.

5.98 grams.

33.00 mm diameter.

 

I'd very much like to know what collectors think of the grade of this coin. The seller currently has this posted as Extra Fine and would like to find out if Numista's community of collectors agree. This is as clear of a photo as I can provide.

I would grade it at fine because of the wear but because of the unclipped flan it could go to VF

CNG graded and auctioned off this one at VF. Compare:

                            CNG example @VF

Clearly nowhere near Extra Fine but grade inflation is what retailers do to sell their wares.
