Germany:

Spain:

Most regions (but not all) got a 5, 25 or 50 pesetas coin. I guess they've introduced the euro before they managed to finish the series. (1993-1999)
Latvia:

Lithuania:

Australia 2001: 20c and 50c
Poland: series of 16x 2 złote with regions ("województwo" in Polish). This series was avaliable for face value however coins are bigger than circulation 2złote.
