Help to identfy this Chinese coin

Can anyone help me identify this please…

It's quite a large coin (28mm), but rather thin (1mm x ).  Also, orientation?

The emperor at the obverse is clearly Kangxi. And the photo is upside down by the way.

Looking at the reverse types, I am almost sure your coin is N#153853 .

Chinese cash are not my area, have some experience after buying a half dozen of them, but I want to leave this open to any person more experient to come in, before saying case closed.
