My humidity problem

I used to store my coins (all in capsules) in a humid room (around 60% humidity - according to a special machine). Then I put them in a drier room. The problem is that I placed all my coins in capsules in that humid room back then.

Should I now open all the capsules and air them out, or is that stupid and doesn't matter??

*I care a lot about the answers. I ask because I don't want the surface of my coins to degrade - various dots, etc.

With permission, I would like to ask - How much chance there is that my coins in the capsules have been damaged by moisture?

Why do you open a new topic when you already have https://en.numista.com/forum/topic155909.html?

They say "Pecunia non olet", but I know better...

Dear collectors, Do not collect investment coins.

You're just worrying all the time, you're in permanent stress, you're harming your health. You're constantly worrying about questions.

Divide your hobby into two parts:

a) investment gold bars vacuum-packed in various weights and sizes, or gemstones in investment packaging with certificates of authenticity.

Certificates, government bonds, company shares and even digitally held ones are good savings and investments for the future. The main thing is also diversification.

b)Collect coins for fun and enjoyment, common-circulation coins that are or were state currency.

Why do they write that? Because I have come to believe that coins have already lost their ability to be an investment. And certainly not to make money on them. The same applies to stamps.

If you have humidity in the air in your room you can buy inexpensive dehumidifiers which use chemical granules to attract the atmospheric humidity

Unless you have gigantic capsules there's not enough air in them to cause you any problems. You're more likely to damage the coins by opening the capsules (dropping, touching, etc.) than just leaving them alone.

Dear CzechLord, I take the freedom here to advise you: enjoy coincollecting and do not trouble your self to much with imaiginairy problems.
I noticed it in other questions asked here by you before. It is, ofcourse, a good practice to be carefull with your beloved coins, but, for your own peace of mind, do not be over protective.
