An additional ray on a Peace Dollar?

first off, I wanted to say that this likely isn't really an important error, but it's something funny/interesting that I noticed on my peace dollar (1922; S). It appears as if it has an additional ray over the ‘shoulder’ of the eagle. I thought that it's incuse, but it's actually raised, like a die cud.

Probably nothing special, but I like it! :) Maybe someone else who owns a 1922 S Peace Dollar has seen something similar. If so, then feel free to share it here!

If I had a 1922-S I'd check!

I have looked through a few dozen of mine and found a few with ray like marks there, mostly 1922 but not all S mint marks. This 1922 S seems to have 2 extra rays but no other marks like it anywhere else, as it is fairly high grade.

Wow, your example is way better! Thanks a lot for sharing! I wonder what could've caused this to happen.

As such it's not better, but it has two rays, instead of one.
