The authenticity of this coin is highly questionable

For which reason? Not that I know anything about that kind of coins, but I don't like an empty statement without any reasoning behind….

What makes you declare such a sweeping statement???

The iconography, fabric, and the style are completely wrong.

 Could indeed be not authentic -

Publicity purposes 

 So if it is not real and the page is to be kept, 

then somehow change it to a Replica or similar status. 

Perhaps the intent in the classification/comment was that this is a coronation issue, and the coin was struck for “propaganda” purposes.

Anyhow, someone paid 50,000 GBP for this item, so maybe we err on the side of assuming it's authentic until there is some proof to the contrary.
