Does this Morgan dollar fake have silver in it?

So I have two Morgan dollar fakes, the 1879 one is magnetic and only weighs about 20 grams, while the 1880 one isn’t magnetic and weighs about as much as the real one. Even though it’s a fake, could it still have silver in it, or is it something else?

Did you know that Pluto is still a planet in Illinois and New Mexico and has de facto recognition as a planet in Arizona?

Yes it could. Does it? Obviously impossible to tell from pictures. Do some of the silver tests to find out. Silver plated fakes are known to exist.

It has the same size as a Morgan dollar (diameter ~38 mm, thickness ~2.5 mm) and the same weight (~26.5 g)

Probably Nickel plated brass, popular with Chinese fakers.

Lighter dollars are likely to be zinc, spelter or pewter.

I have no issue with OP's coins as they are clearly marked copy and no doubt anyone who can not afford a nice real Morgan dollar can pick them up for a song.

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

You are probably correct. I didn't look at the pictures close enough to see COPY on them.  Highly unlikely real solid silver would be used.

There's definitely no silver in there, the price is low and I don't feel like taking pictures today, maybe tomorrow.
