Error Coins - where both sides contain impressions of the two sides of the coin

Do you know of an example where each side of a hammered coin contains the impressions of the two sides of the coin?  I recently found one example in a Spanish Felipe III/IV 1602-26 VIII maravedis.  The coin is NGC certified #6516049-019.   Is this type of error common???
