Isn't it rather CNA Ca #18? According to the Austrian catalogue, the obverse (here it is called reverse) of 17 is with “Bischofsbrustbild”, bust of the bishop, while 18 is “Stehender Erzbischof”, standing archbishop. As far as I see, the image here is a standing figure, matches better to the picture of CNA Ca 18.
