As previously stated, it is ex jewellery - someone mounted a pin on the Obverse to wear as a brosch, then someone removed the mounts.
The coin (if real) would have only been worth about €10 in this condition without the repurposing. Now that that is done, you can only expect €4 for the silver melt price and a jeweller might give you €3 if you are lucky!
